LV#4  “Environmental movie night”  

During “Greenminded” educational module participants realized that in their village there are rarely movie nights, especially about socially meaningful topics. They came up with the idea of showing a film “The counters of nature’ about environmental diversity in Latvia. In order to make it accessible to every resident of Alsunga, a Latvian language film was chosen and the screening took place in the “Sapņotava” teahouse – a beloved gathering place in the centre of the village. The event gathered 5 people (in this village the civic activity is often very low), but they were happy to see an environmentally conscious movie on the screen (usually they play different types).
