Green Minded training event #4 in Latvia

Youth centre “Bambuss” organized a training session for young adults about Greenminded educational modules. They were incentivized to plan and organize their own green initiatives.

Feedback from participants:

Participants enjoyed discussing their own experiences with waste management (they considered it as a big issue that even if society would start greener habits – would be a big hurdle for the sustainability of nature). The event served as a space for boosting creativity and understanding for each individual which environmental issue they feel most passionate about, and how they could come together to brainstorm about solving those. Regarding the training course, they were happy to have such an activity together with other youngsters, but also expressed a feeling that would love to have less condensed information (they would prefer a whole training course on one of the modules rather than such a broad amount of topics).
