Green Minded training event #4 in Lithuania
The training was provided to 5 individuals who were looking to improve some competencies that would be beneficial for their involvement in the labour market. The “Green Minded” training curriculum was followed to provide the training.
Feedback from participants:
At first, they were very uncomfortable, did not know much about the topic and seemed out of place. But when the task started to be more personal, from a person’s everyday experience they opened up and started to be more involved in the training. Had a lot of ideas about the possibilities for a green initiative.
